Ok darlings...I tell my guest teachers that I have the best students in the school. Don't let me down :) Below is the Game Plan.
1. They have a possessives adj. quiz. Let them use their laptops to study for about 15 minutes.
2. Tell them to close laptops. They will need a half sheet of paper to write answers on. Hand out my quiz. They do NOT write on my copy. As they finish, they hand it in on my desk. You will reuse the original copy in all classes.
3. When they finish the quiz, they will make SHOES not stockings for pere noel. They will draw these on the half sheet of plain paper on desk. I made an example. Please have them tape shoes to my closet doors. French names on Front please.
4. Finally, they may pick up a reading pack. They may write short answers in English in the pack. Questions are located at the side of the reading and the last pages. DO This with a PARTNER. (not enough copies) This will be turned in on Monday.
Chapter 3 Examen
So Sorry I am unable to be with you today. Elle became sick at preschool yesterday and is still ill.
So Here is the Game Plan:
1. take the first 15-20 minutes and review the activities from the quia/quizlet. Go back and explore the links on this page. Review ANYTHING from Semester 1 for the final. Vocab, Verbs: Avoir, Etre, regular -er verbs, articles.
2. next, access the speaking document and A: finish writing responses B: practice. Get with a partner, one of you with computer open to document and other closed. Ask some questions from document to partner, listen for logical answers. after a few minutes switch.
3. Last 45 mins of class: I have a final exam review pack . Pick one up fill out. NO PARTNERS!
feel free to e-mail questions. Final exam is all multiple choice in addition to 3 random speaking questions from document. know Geoculture / culture =quia semester I review is good for this.
If you were absent the day of the chapter 3 exam, you HAVE to make arrangements to make it up next week!!! e-mail me!!

Give them 5-10 mins to review for Vocab quiz. We’ll look at homework next time.
Hand out quiz. They write on THIER OWN paper, they do NOT write on my quiz. When they are finished, they will place quizzes in my box.
When quiz is turned in, they can go to my web page and under links start practicing Chap. 6 vocab 2.

1. Flash Cards are due today. Please write down the name of any student that does not have them complete.
2. If they have cards, they need to use the cards and a sheet of paper, make 4 categories of their choice and separate the words. When finished these go in my box on desk. 10-15 mins. Those without cards will need to use books
3. Next, those with cards need to find a partner and drill each other10 mins or so.
4. Make them change partners and play War with the cards. They have done this before. 10 mins.
5. Have them go on-line to my webpage and access the quizlet link (last one on menu) to practice. 20 mins.
6. Towards end of class, tell them about workbook pages due for Tuesday pg 73 and 75.
7. On Quia, the last item is Sem II Final Reveiw. Feel free to work on that as well.
