I have a meeting at Brown Elem. Here is your work schedule for today. sub also has a copy. I've told my sub that I have the best students in the building so make it true :)
1. They have Vocab Flash Cards due today. Write down the names of the students that do NOT have them completed.
2 Have the class make a minimum of 4 Categories for this set and write the appropriate vocab words under each Category. (they have done this before.) Give them about 15 mins or so-collect. For students without cards only, they may use book, everyone else cards.
3. Have them partner up and exchange cards to drill each other. They have done this before as well. Have them play about 10 mins or so.
4. Have them change partners and exchange cards to play “War”. Another 10 mins or so.
5. They may now open Chromebooks and go to my webpage to links “liens” and practice new vocab drills on-line: Chap 3.2(earbuds)

1. Vocab Flash Cards are due. Write down the name of any student that does not have them finished. They will need to do a drill while the rest with cards practice with each other.
2. 10 mins. Students partner up to drill with cards if they have them.
3. Change partners. They exchange cards and play War. (they have done this many times before) 10-15 mins.
4. With cards only, the students need to divide cards into at least 4 categories and separate words. Those without cards will need to use book. They have done this before.
5 After turning in categories, they will go to my webpage and click on the chap 7 vocab quizlet activity.
