My ninth year at S.H.S. is imminent. After two years at Blue River Valley, six years at Centerville Jr. High, and fifteen years at Brownstown Central High, I excitedly continue teaching at Seymour High! Dr. Wilbert Smith - Business and Economics: I began teaching at Seymour Schools in 2002. Previously I held positions in engineering and continuous improvement in the automotive industry. I am married to a wonderful woman and have five children. I love to debate issues, eat pizza, go camping, and flyfish.

AP World History/Government

This is my 20th year of teaching at Seymour High School. I teach all levels of French and English as a Second Language. I earned my B.A. from Indiana State University. I have attended the Université de Rennes in France and I have some graduate work from Indiana University and Indiana Weslyan. I have been fortunate to have visited Europe on many occasions and always look forward to sharing my adventures with others.
