I have the best job in the world teaching the fabulous freshmen at SHS! I am the mother of 5, a volunteer coach with SHS Gymnastics, a co-chair of the Cheer Booster Club, and can be seen at many of our sporting events. I am proud to be an Owl!

This is my 32nd year at Seymour High School as Aquatics Director and head swim coach. I am originally from Muncie and graduated from Muncie North High School. I received my Bachelors degree from Ball State and Masters from Miami. My wife, Chris, is a teacher assistant with special needs children at Brown Elementary. I have two sons and one grandson.

Welcome to my class! I am a proud Purdue University graduate and Columbus native. Moving to Seymour in 2012, I am honored to teach at SHS. My husband, Kevin, also teaches at SHS as the Director of Bands. We have 3 children: Harrison, William, and Katherine. Major is our furry child. As a family we enjoy traveling, playing games, watching movies, and attending church at St. Ambrose. ¡Hola! My name is Sheena, and I have lived in Seymour since 1998, when I married Dale Isaacs. I have twenty-five years experience teaching all levels of Spanish, and I am beginning my ninth year teaching Spanish at Seymour High School. I have also worked for the Seymour Police Department as an interpreter. Having the opportunity to be a Seymour Fighting Owl and working with the students and parents of this community is a dream come true! I have been blessed to serve as a Technology Integration Specialist for 16 years at Seymour Community Schools. It has been wonderful to see how our staff have grown and met many challenges during the past 4 years of our 1:1 implementation. My name is Ty McCory, and I will be teaching Geometry I and Algebra I this school year. I graduated from Seymour High School in 2018 and graduated from Franklin College in 2022 with a major in mathematics and a minor in education. Alongside teaching this school year, I will be coaching Freshman Boy's Basketball.

After two years at Blue River Valley, six years at Centerville Jr. High, and fifteen years at Brownstown Central High, I excitedly continue teaching at Seymour High! AP World History/Government

This is my 20th year of teaching at Seymour High School. I teach all levels of French and English as a Second Language. I earned my B.A. from Indiana State University. I have attended the Université de Rennes in France and I have some graduate work from Indiana University and Indiana Weslyan. I have been fortunate to have visited Europe on many occasions and always look forward to sharing my adventures with others.
